Require Chinese IPO names in analyst reports

Request:
- Update the hk-ipo-analyst skill so generated reports add a Chinese-name column after the stock code.
- Avoid using English company names as the report display label.

Changes:
- Added Report Name Display Rules to the analyst skill.
- Required IPO tables to keep the ticker/code column separate and add a dedicated 中文名 column immediately after it.
- Required official archived Chinese names or stock short names, with hk-ipo-archivist backfill or data_gap instead of substituting English names.

Verification:
- Ran python3 /root/.codex/skills/.system/skill-creator/scripts/quick_validate.py .agents/skills/hk-ipo-analyst.
- Ran git diff --check and git diff --cached --check.

- This applies to actionable rankings, fundamentals tables, closed/waiting lists, A/H overlays, recent 30-day reviews, and generated single-ticker reports.

## Report Name Display Rules
For all analyst-generated Markdown reports, prediction cards, review cards, and broad candidate tables, display IPO names in Chinese by default.
- In every table that identifies IPOs, keep the stock-code column as ticker/code only and add a dedicated `中文名` column immediately after it.
- Do not put English company names in the stock-code column, and do not use English company names as the primary display label in report tables.
- Use the official archived Chinese company name or stock short name when available, preferring `company_name_zh`, `stock_short_name`, HKEX Chinese announcements, or prospectus text over machine translation.
- If the archived dataset lacks a Chinese name, use `hk-ipo-archivist` to refresh or backfill it before writing the report. If it still cannot be sourced, write `data_gap` in the `中文名` column and state the gap; do not substitute an English name.
- English legal names may remain in source paths, URLs, raw source titles, quoted source context, or narrow notes where needed for disambiguation, but they should not replace Chinese display names in the report body.
- Apply this rule consistently to the actionable ranking, fundamentals table, closed/waiting list, A/H overlay, recent 30-day review, and generated single-ticker reports.
## Latest Candidate Report Refresh
For scheduled runs, latest IPO list refreshes, and broad candidate reports, first use `hk-ipo-archivist` to refresh the latest internet-sourced IPO universe and archive updates before making analyst judgments. This includes the HKEX current new-listing page, newly available prospectuses, allotment-result announcements, listing-calendar changes, recent price-performance rows for review, and subscription-period market heat such as broker-aggregated margin subscription multiples.
