OTHERS/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Placing to a close associate of an existing Shareholder with prior consent under paragraph 1C(2) of the Placing Guidelines Under the International Offering, certain Offer Shares were placed to a close associate of an existing Shareholder pursuant to the Placing Guidelines.
