(iii) Fullgoal China Growth Select Fund — Save for Zhao Xueming, no other ultimate beneficial owner holds more than 30% of interest therein. (iv) Fullgoal China Opportunities Fund — Save for China Everbright Fortune Investment Limited, L Industries Limited and Orient Sun Rise Fund Series SPC-Orient Sun Rise Enhanced Balanced Fund Segregated Portfolio, no other ultimate beneficial owner holds more than 30% of interest therein. (v) Fullgoal China Small-Mid Cap Growth Fund is a SFC authorized fund (CE no.: BNY686) — No investor holds 30% or more interest therein.
